XI’AN SITAN INSTRUMENTS Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as XI’AN SITAN) was established in 1991 and is located in Xi'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone. The company's registered capital is 17.35 million US dollars, with more than 600 employees, and a plant of over 20,000 square meters covered space. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Haimo Technologies Group Corp. Ltd., covering the business of oilfield exploration and production logging instrument, intelligent enhanced oil recovery (EOR) tools, geophysical exploration equipment and oilfield cased hole logging, well testing and environmental protection services.
The parent company Haimo Technologies Group Corp. is a multinational company engaged in oilfield equipment manufacturing, oilfield technical services and unconventional oil and gas exploration and development. Haimo Technologies was founded in 1994, completed overall structure transformation and established a company limited by shares In 2000. In 2010, Haimo Technologies went public in China, listed on the Shenzhen GEM stock exchange with ticker symbol: Haimo Technologies (stock code 300084). Haimo Technologies has 12 wholly-owned subsidiaries with about one thousand employees, 1 holding subsidiary and 1 shareholding company, and conducts business on a global scale, with products and services offered to 27 countries and regions in the Middle East, North Africa, South, Southeast and Central Asia, South and North America.
More than 80% of XI’AN SITAN's 600 employees possess a bachelor's degree and about 120 staff members own a master's degree and above. SITAN has a very professional after service team. We have set up 14 offices in China and 8 offices abroad include USA, Middle East, Oman, Malaysia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Russia. Total of more than 80 sales and after service engineers stationed in the domestic and foreign big oilfields for long-term to provide the best and fast services to our customers.
R&D
Our company has more than 450 of which more than 120 employees have postgraduate education, more than 80% of which are the bachelor's degree and more than 140 persons are directly engaged in technical development. We are very proud of our strong R&D capabilities.
In 2011, XI’AN SITAN company was awarded the "state key high-tech enterprise" by the ministry of science and technology of China.SITAN has been established for nearly 28 years, following the advanced technology in the field of domestic and foreign oil development, and developed a batch of advanced petroleum testing instruments with independent intellectual property rights. So far, there are 216 patents of utility model and 18 patents for invention. SITAN has 18 departments. Each department is strictly responsible for what they are working for, from R&D, manufacture to quality control. In order to guarantee the quality, SITAN invested more than 5 million US dollar to build a series of calibration and inspection system, including the gas calibration system, three phases calibration system, water flow calibration system, pressure & temperature calibration system, high & low voltage detection equipment, material analyzer, hardness tester, spring tension meter, vibration test stand, aging testing equipment and so on.
